Working Principle:

IntheWet Granulation process, powder is presented in the verticalgranulatorand subsequently moistened or sprayed with molten material.The shearforces produced by the Z-shaped rotor blades lead to anintensive mixingof the powder and, with the addition of bindersolutions, to the rapid formation of high-density granulates. Thechopper on the side wallof the container assists the formation oflarger agglomerates
